Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting daily operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel with professionalism.
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks.
Support office management duties such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and escalating issues when necessary.
Assist with clerical tasks including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting bookkeeping activities with QuickBooks or similar software.

Requirements

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills.
Prior clerical experience with familiarity in filing systems, proofreading, and document management.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant or administrative experience is valued.
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
