Full Job Description

Sandis is currently looking for a Survey Technician/Land Surveyor to join our team in Spokane Valley, WA. If you are currently working as a surveyor or drafter and are motivated to expand your career, we would love to connect and discuss the possibilities at Sandis. We think you will love it here!

Cool Stuff you get to do:

Construction staking
Create topographic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA Surveys, subdivision plats, legal descriptions, and exhibits with support from the team.
Field mission support, with the preparation of field instructions and calculations.
Survey drawing creation using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Creating aerial surveys from our UAV (Drone)
Solve problems using exciting new technology.
Opportunity to work outside as a field surveyor.
Have fun while you build a strong career

What will help you be successful:

2+ Field survey experience
Pursuing LSIT, and/or FAA Pilot License
Knowledgeable of Bluebeam, Pix4d and Leica-based scanning software preferred.
Experience with survey equipment, such as GPS, Robotic, and Total Station
Experience in Construction Staking
