Donut Maker/Bakery Production Associate (Over Night Sift)

Donut Maker/Bakery Production Associate (Over Night Sift) Needed: We are accepting applications for a Full Time 3rd shift donut maker. 8:00 PM - Until Done (typically 7+ hours a night), Monday thru Friday. The pay starts at $11.30 with the potential for three pay increases within your first year of employment and potential for two pay increases every year after that. Advancement opportunities also available. You can eat all you while on duty and receive a 20% when not on duty. Payday is every Friday! Must meet all background check requirements. Donut Maker/Bakery Production Associate (Over Night Sift) Functions:

Be familiar with key baking ingredients and functions of each
Label finished goods as directed, with particular attention to allergen labeling
Prepare, roll, cut, and shape, donuts and noodles according to established recipes and images
Use hands to mold and shape dough
Review production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake
Overseeing that the stores and wholesale accounts orders are filled
Measure ingredients using scales, measuring cups, or other devices provided; adhere to standards established by management to reduce waste
Mix ingredients using designated equipment, safely use ovens, powered mixers or other devices
Cut dough into uniform portions with knife or divider
Decorate donuts as directed
Proof yeast goods as directed
Make necessary adjustments on fryers or other commercial kitchen equipment as may be needed, such as adjusting pressure or thermostatic controls
Cool baked goods as directed
Follow or develop new recipes as directed
Clean fryers and other equipment
Follow food handling/food safety regulations when preparing and handling products
Perform other related work as required

Donut Maker/Bakery Production Associate (Over Night Sift) Qualifications:

18 years or older
Dependable transportation
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to work in all types of weather (when driving)
Not under the influence of alcohol or drugs while on duty
Effective listening and communications abilities
Ability to consistently work early schedules
Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours
Kneeling to clean low areas, inside bakery cases, etc.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to weigh and mix dry and wet goods weighing up to 100 lbs.
Ability to work in humid or hot environment
Ability to measure dry and wet ingredients and to perform basic conversions
Superior attendance and punctuality
High school diploma or GED preferred
