Office located 10 minutes from downtown St. Louis in Collinsville, IL.

Are you an optometrist looking for an employer who values quality of care over quantity of exams? Havera Eye Care Specialists is looking for an optometrist like you!

Our private practice is looking for a part-time, patient-focused optometrist who is willing to go the extra mile for our patients. He/she should be able to diagnose a wide variety of eye diseases. Qualified candidates should have a willingness to take the extra time with patients to clearly communicate exam findings and develop a personal bond. We strive for high-quality eye examinations over high volume.

The optometrist will be surrounded by a team of experienced opticians and equipment to allow them to practice to the best of their ability.

This part-time position is for 1-2 days per week. Compensation is negotiable.

Profit sharing may be offered.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision tests for patients.
- Diagnose and treat various eye conditions and diseases.
- Prescribe and fit eyeglasses and contact lenses.
- Educate patients on proper eye care and maintenance.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in optometry practices and technologies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $52.00 - $62.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
