Full Job Description

BJC is seeking an experienced LMS professional to lead the implementation of a new enterprise learning platform as part of its Oracle Fusion HCM transformation. This role will serve as the primary subject matter expert, overseeing the integration of existing learning systems, including Saba (owned by Cornerstone) and HealthStream, while supporting day-to-day LMS operations.

The ideal candidate has strong LMS implementation experience, preferably with Saba/Cornerstone, and can manage complex programs, system integrations, reporting, data feeds, and vendor relationships. This person should be a collaborative problem-solver who can simplify processes, provide strategic guidance, and ensure a seamless learning experience for end users.

Key Skills:

Enterprise LMS implementation and administration
Saba/Cornerstone experience preferred
Oracle Fusion HCM Learning experience a plus
System integrations, reporting, and data management
Release management and vendor coordination
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: $3,700.00 per week
