Full Job Description

Build your future with a hands-on precision manufacturing team in Bellefonte, PA, where you’ll program complex parts for aerospace, lab and monitoring equipment and tackle technically challenging work with an aerospace touch. CNC Programmer is an opportunity to make an immediate impact in a busy shop while working closely with the people who run the machines every day.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer position include:

5-10 years of CNC programming experience with milling and turning
Program CNC mills and lathes in a high precision job shop environment
Support complex 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling and live-tooling lathe programming; HAAS and Doosan live-toolilng experience a plus
Set up and prove out jobs to ensure programs are ready for successful production
Use Mastercam and Autodesk Inventor for CNC programming
Collaborate with floor personnel and make programming adjustments at the machine when needed
Help reduce the programming backlog and support new product work
Contribute to process improvements and programming standards within the shop

Salary: $30-38/hr

Benefits: Health insurance with an 80/20 split and a $1,000 deductible, company-paid vision, dental coverage, PTO that typically starts at two weeks and may be negotiable based on experience, and a safe harbor 401(k) with a 3% company contribution.
