Summary: The Information Technology Manager will help manage the bank’s day-to-day technology environment including Microsoft 365 and hosted Azure environment. The role serves as a key liaison between business units, technology providers, executive management, and governance committees to ensure technology services, security controls, and operational processes support the Bank’s strategic, regulatory, and operational objectives.This positon is responsible for coordinating the bank’s third-party managed services provider, internal hardware and software systems, data systems, network-related services, and overall user technology experience including leadership of the Information Systems Steering Committee.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage daily IT operations, infrastructure reliability, scalability, and operational effectiveness.
· Supervise Network Technicians, including work assignment, performance management, coaching, and development.
· Coordinate ISSC activities, operational reporting, and departmental performance management
· Contribute to short-term and long-term technology roadmap development and strategic planning.
· Oversee the bank’s managed services provider relationships and service performance including operational liaison between business units, internal IT staff, MSP, MSSP, and vendors.
· Oversee network security tools and technologies, including web and email filtering.
· Coordinate system upgrades, issue resolution, user provisioning, and technology rollouts
· Manage procurement processes, hardware acquisition, software licensing, and vendor support activities.
· Manage Microsoft 365 governance and functionality utilization.
· Oversee Azure administration and operational strategy.
· Manage IT vendor relationships, escalations, service reviews, renewals, and contract oversight.
· Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning activities with providers and stakeholders.
· Oversee backup, recovery, resiliency, and continuity processes for infrastructure and cloud services.
· Approve policies, procedures, and reporting standards related to network administration and security.
· Assist with cybersecurity coordination, documentation, and disaster recovey efforts
· Coordinate operational response to critical incidents, service interruptions and direct recurring issue analysis and operational improvement initiatives.
· Work with internal departments to improve efficiency, system performance, and user experience

Qualifications: To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements as documented are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities needed to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
- Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field preferred; Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, systems administration, or IT operations: equivalent education and experience considered.
- Strong experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure, enterprise infrastructure, networking, virtualization, cloud technologies, and endpoint management environments.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, including vulnerability management, SIEM, endpoint protection, incident response, logging, monitoring, and access management controls.
- Experience managing identity and access management, MSP and MSSP relationships, vendor oversight, SLAs, and third-party governance activities.
- Strong understanding of FFIEC guidance, GLBA Safeguards Rule requirements, regulatory compliance, audits, examinations, disaster recovery, and banking IT governance practices.
- Experience managing IT projects, operational improvement initiatives, budgeting activities, governance programs, and technology roadmaps.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience within an IT operations or technical support environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executive management, auditors, vendors, and non-technical staff.
- Experience developing policies, procedures, governance documentation, operational reporting, and committee reporting materials.
- Cisco CCNP, CISSP, Microsoft Azure Administrator, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Ability to support after-hours maintenance, emergency response coordination, and critical operational activities as required.
- Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze and interpret operational reports inclusive of legal documents. Ability to respond to internal and external customers utilizing strong oral and written communication skills in English. Must possess the ability to present complex information with clarity.
- Math Ability: Must possess ability to understand and interpret operational financial data
- Computer Skills: Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft products, Azure enviroments and data base applications.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
