Job Title: Landscape Crewman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape Crewman to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of landscapes for residential and commercial properties. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, handling landscaping tools and equipment, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- At the direction of Foreman maintain lawns, trees, and shrubs by mowing, trimming, weeding, and pruning.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, weed-eaters, edger's, trimmers, and blowers.
- Assist in landscape projects, including the installation of plants, mulch, rock, sod, and hardscaping.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment as needed.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure job quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques and plant care is a plus.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and handle tools safely.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license may be required, depending on job location and responsibilities.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Mon- Fri, 7am - 4pm
- Schedules subject to change, weekends may be required depending on location
Compensation:
- Competitive pay based on experience
- This is an hourly position, payroll is bi-weekly (Fridays)
