Join our growing, award-winning team! The CEDR Solution Center Specialist role is an amazing opportunity to advance your human resources knowledge and skillset. The ideal candidate is passionate about human resources, excited to learn from seasoned HR experts, poised for rapid growth in their HR knowledge, and desires to work towards becoming a CEDR Advisor.

This is a specialized role that requires a diverse skillset and intensive training. We are seeking an individual with an aptitude for learning and a desire for growth who either has foundational HR knowledge and experience or a background in people management.

About the Job:

CEDR Solution Center Specialists provide support, guidance, consultation, and training to doctors and practice managers every day. While embracing an "employer mindset", we offer an informed, confidential, neutral, and non-judgmental perspective. Our focus is on avoiding the conflicts that can lead to a claim or liability, arming our members with appropriate documentation, and collaborating to reach practical, compliant business solutions.

Solution Center Specialists work alongside HR and employment law experts to learn how to:

Complete employee handbook and policy updates.
Provide support and actionable guidance to doctors and practice managers.
Conduct thorough research on HR-related laws and best practices to deliver informed advice to our members.

Work history as an HR professional or in a supervisory role with HR-related duties (hiring, coaching, performance management, etc.)
Employee relations and investigations experience preferred, but not required
Experience with organizational policy implementation is preferred, but not required
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute positively in a team environment
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Effective active listening and reading comprehension skills
Proven ability to grasp information quickly
Effective problem-solving and follow-through skills
Strong computer skills and technical capabilities
