Full Job Description

What You Will Do

As the HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the HR department in various administrative and clerical tasks. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, providing support to employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, phone screening, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including new hire paperwork and processes, and pre-employment testing.
First HR point of contact to assist employees with tasks such as password resets, badge replacements, training documentation, timekeeping and benefits.
Maintain HR and employee records, ensuring completeness, accuracy and confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR department.

What You Will Bring:

Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
This job is office-based but may require up to 10% travel. Must maintain a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation and auto liability insurance.

Education & Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required
Previous administrative or Human resources experience preferred, especially in a nonprofit setting.
