TQ1: Knowledge and/or experience with cyber, command, control, communications, computer, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems of sufficient scope and quality to oversee all steps necessary to train, certify, and provide combat-ready Navy forces to Combatant Commanders capable of conducting prompt, sustained naval, joint, and combined operations in support of U.S. national interests.
TQ2: Knowledge of and/or experience in the conduct of lnformation Warfare to include integration of C5ISR systems, counter-C5ISR tactics, techniques, procedures, policies, statutes and reporting requirements in support of both geographic, functional and unified Combatant Commander operations, activities and initiatives.
EXECUTIVE CORE QUALIFICATIONS (ECQs): In addition to the Technical Qualification Requirements listed above, all new entrants into the Senior Executive Service (SES) under a career appointment will be assessed for executive competency against the following five mandatory ECQs.
