Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Procurement Implementation Specialist (Enterprise Software).
We're looking for someone with hands-on procurement, sourcing, or purchasing experience who enjoys working directly with customers. We'll teach you the Scint AI platform. Your procurement experience, combined with your ability to learn enterprise software quickly, will help customers successfully implement, adopt, and get the full value of the platform.
This is an implementation-focused role, not general customer support or call center-style assistance.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation projects
- Demonstrate the Scint AI platform to prospective and existing customers
- Help customers configure procurement workflows, RFQs, supplier structures, and approval processes
- Understand customer procurement challenges and recommend practical workflow solutions
- Run customer training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations
- Act as the primary customer contact for implementation and functional questions
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and workflow-related questions
- Work close with the product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and enhancement requests
- Ensure customers successfully adopt and gain long-term value from the platform
- Document customer workflows, implementation best practices, and onboarding processes
Must Have
- Hands-on experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain operations
- Knowledge of RFQs, supplier evaluation, sourcing processes, purchasing workflows, and supplier management
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn enterprise software platforms
- Experience working with enterprise business systems (ERP, procurement, CRM, or similar)
- Ability to understand customer workflows and translate them into software workflows and practical solutions
- Experience leading software demonstrations, customer onboarding, implementation projects, and training sessions
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
- Ability to troubleshoot implementation, workflow, and business process issues
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to communicate customer requirements, implementation feedback, and product enhancements
- Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and guide successful platform adoption
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience implementing procurement, sourcing, or supply chain solutions
- Background in solutions engineering, implementation consulting, or technical account management
- Experience with APIs, data integrations, or enterprise system integrations
- Experience working with enterprise procurement or supply chain teams
- Knowledge of SaaS implementation methodologies or customer success best practices

- Not a call center or ticket-based support role
- Not a high-volume customer service position
- Not a sales or account management role focused on renewals or upselling
- Not a pure engineering or software development role
- Not a project management role without hands-on customer implementation responsibilities

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
