20 Homestead Ave, Wheeling, WV 26003

Shifts Available: Full-Time & Part-Time | Day and Night Shifts Available

Your Role as a Rehab Unit RN

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalization
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards
Assess resident conditions and monitor progress throughout the rehabilitation process
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to support successful recovery outcomes
Educate residents and families on treatment plans and care goals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
Mentor and support fellow nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture

Who We’re Looking For

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia or a compact state
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Interest or experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or post-acute care
Team player committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes
