Will require occasional travel to plant locations (20%).

Responsibilities Skills You'll Need:

Education and Experience

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience designing large welded structures or heavy fabrication projects.

Skills and Competencies

Advanced proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Fusion 360, Inventor, AutoCAD).
Strong knowledge of welding processes, materials, and fabrication techniques.
Familiarity with welding standards and codes.
High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
