If you answered yes, you may want to consider a career at Country Comfort Kennels & Camp for Pets Inc. We have been family owned & operated for 40 years. No previous dog experience necessary. We have two 1st class pet resorts with A+ ratings in Jarrettsville/Street, Maryland, & Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania.

Seasonal demand for our services keep us on the search for outstanding employees. We are looking for individuals who are self-starters and highly motivated to provide excellent services to our clients. This is a great opportunity for ambitious candidates looking to start with a company and grow. Seasonal kennel attendants have the advancement potential to become year round employees and managers.

Position Requires:

Must be at least 16 yrs of age.

A love and basic understanding of dogs and cats.

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and walk several miles each day.

Reliable own transportation

A great work ethic and ability to be a team player.

Willingness to work at least one weekend day & some holidays.

Duties Include;

Feeding, bathing, brushing, walking and playing with the pets in our care.

Cleaning & maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.

Record preparation and maintenance in both hard and computer files.

An understanding of and commitment to professionalism, organization, cleanliness, time management, following directions and taking constructive criticism.
