We are seeking applicants with a current or pending active California real estate license; please note that those currently studying should wait to apply until their license is secured. This is a commission-only role designed for flexibility and growth, open to new agents, experienced pros, and independent teams. Wealth Managers operates as a full-service investment advisor, brokerage, and lender with a distinct advantage: we charge no upfront, closing, or transaction fees. Monthly fee waived for agents with one annual transaction.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Current California real estate agent license in good standing
- Promote real estate in your area via social media
- Show property to potential buyers, conduct open houses for sellers
- Network, call leads, host open houses
100% Independent Agent commission plan:
- $495 flat fee per side residential deals, low brokerage commission cap
- Social Media Content Library (Buyer & Seller Content)
- Buyer and seller leads, HubSpot® CRM at no cost, DBA's welcome
- Transaction management software provided at no cost
- Open House Sign-Up Registry, we find you open houses that need hosting
