Position #1: Front Desk Coordinator
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and bubbly professional to be the welcoming face of our office.
Job Description :
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Confirming appointments and following up with patients
- Collecting payments and managing basic financial transactions
- Coordinating community talks and public relations events
- Maintaining organized patient records
- Supporting smooth daily office operations
Spanish bilingual is a plus.
Positions #2 & #3: Chiropractic Therapy Assistants
We are also hiring two Chiropractic Therapy Assistants to support patient care and clinical flow.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting patients with paperwork and intake forms
- Setting patients up on prescribed therapies
- Providing guidance and support during treatments
- Maintaining therapy areas and equipment
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and comfortable environment
- Supporting general office duties and patient flow
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable working directly with patients
- Prior experience in chiropractic, healthcare, or customer service preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
