Full Job Description

Join the team at Three22 Kitchen + Cocktails where you'll be able to create unique dishes not served anywhere else. As a part time or full time line cook at Three22 you'll enjoy working in an immense kitchen with a close knit staff and receive on the job culinary training, great base pay, tip pool, health insurance benefits, meal plan and flexible scheduling. If you are self-motivated, reliable and eager to learn, we want to meet you. Be part of our creative kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Be a team player and work with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure quality dishes are being served to each and every guest
Clean up duties as assigned after each shift and throughout the week to keep kitchen up to excellent level of cleanliness
Stock inventory and keep items in an organized fashion to ensure first in, first out order
Maintain a positive and professional working environment for the rest of the kitchen staff and FOH staff

Skills

Min 1 year cooking
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a team
Very good communication skills

Qualifications
- Food preparation and cooking skills
- Min 1 Experience cooking experience
- Previous restaurant and kitchen experience
- Culinary background with knowledge of the food industry
- Strong knife skills and ability in meal preparation
- Communication skills and understanding of sanitation practices
-Ability to work in hot and cold environments for extended periods of time
-Willing to learn, adapt to change, and busy environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
