Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and highly organized Business Office Manager to lead the administrative and operational functions of our newly constructed hybrid meat market/food service establishment. This pivotal role combines financial oversight, staff supervision, and compliance management to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in office management, a strong understanding of daily financial, and technical needs, and proven leadership skills to foster a productive, compliant environment. Join us in driving excellence across all facets of a new opening of this hybrid meat market.

Duties

Oversee fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, billing, and revenue cycle.
Oversee practice management tasks such as scheduling, employee management.
Lead human resources functions including job applicants/interviews, new hire orientation, and fostering a positive team environment.
Bookkeeping
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Sales tax & Use
Employee Payroll
Tracking Margins
Bank Runs
Social media updates
Skills
Strong fiscal management skills including financial analysis, billing procedures, and revenue cycle oversight.
Need to have a strong office background with the ability to navigate through accounting programs and everyday software.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
