Full Job Description

Make a meaningful impact working with students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school-based setting. This rewarding pediatric opportunity allows you to collaborate with passionate educators and families, supporting children’s growth and communication skills. You’ll enjoy a varied workday assisting students with diverse needs, ensuring every child has the tools to excel in both classroom and social environments.

Desired Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain before start date
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
Prior experience in a pediatric or school setting highly regarded
Familiar with developing and implementing IEPs
Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings to assess student needs
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide direct therapy services
Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families
Foster a supportive, engaging environment to help students reach their communication goals
Track and document student progress, maintaining compliance with school and state standards
Participate in IEP meetings and support educational planning for students
