Full Job Description

Nation Wide Products was established in 1970 in Fort Worth, Texas where they began manufacturing the Outdoor Styrofoam Faucet Cover. In 2000 Nation Wide Products sold to the current ownership and was moved to Abilene, Texas. In 2004, Nation Wide Products began manufacturing the new Outdoor Hard Faucet Cover. The faucet covers were redesigned with an easy to use slide-to-lock feature and sales began to soar. New ownership, management, marketing, and package design lead to doubling the sales projections for 2010. In 2011 Nation Wide Products expanded the A/C Safe Product line to give customers more options and greater quality. Nation Wide Products is committed to manufacturing and distributing quality products, and continually growing to meet the needs of customers.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

Looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, organized, fast learner to work in the accounts payable department for a fast-moving manufacturing company. Must possess 2 years minimum of Accounts Payable experience, be proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, scanning, and electronic filing of documents. Despite experience, must be willing to accept training and follow company procedures.

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the review, coding, and posting of accounts payable item receipts and invoices in to accounting software, will work will bill.com online bill pay system, complete weekly reconciliation of credit card charges and monthly statements, when necessary tracking down paperwork by contacting vendors and or other employees needed (working within established chain of command) Responsibilities will also include daily scanning, attaching, and filing of all accounts payable paperwork adhering to guidance set forth by the company process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
