Full Job Description

Rinvio is hiring a Mission Critical QA/QC Lead / Manager to lead quality programs across MEP and mission-critical systems on data center and critical infrastructure construction projects in the Abilene, TX area.

Pay: $225,000-$260,000/year, based on experience

Location: Abilene, TX

Schedule: Full-time mission-critical construction role; schedule based on project needs

Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

Lead QA/QC program execution across MEP and mission-critical systems
Implement inspection plans, enforce quality standards, and support project quality expectations
Manage quality documentation, audits, reporting, deficiency tracking, and punch-list resolution
Coordinate with commissioning teams to ensure system readiness for energization, testing, turnover, and closeout
Drive defect resolution and corrective actions before client turnover milestones
Communicate quality risks, trends, and action items clearly to project leadership and field teams

Requirements:

QA/QC leadership experience in construction, MEP, mission-critical, data center, or critical infrastructure environments
Experience implementing inspection plans, quality documentation, audits, and corrective-action processes
Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning readiness, turnover milestones, and project specifications
Ability to lead quality conversations with field teams, project leadership, trades, and commissioning groups
Strong reporting, communication, organization, and follow-through skills
Electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, or commissioning background preferred
Ability to work in Abilene-area project environments and complete any onboarding requirements
