Position Highlights-
Medical and administrative leadership of the hospital medicine program

Oversight of physician recruitment, retention, mentoring, and professional development

Ideal Candidate-
Board-certified in internal medicine or family medicine

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hospital medicine experience

Prior leadership experience as medical director, associate director, chief hospitalist, or similar role preferred but not required

Proven success in quality improvement and physician engagement

Strong communication, relationship-building, and operational leadership skills
