Patient Care Coordinator – Concierge Outpatient Neurorehabilitation Practice

Job Type: Full-time (In-person) - 40 Hours/week

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

At Georgia Chiropractic Neurology Center, we do healthcare differently. We are a specialized, cash-pay concierge neurorehabilitation practice dedicated to helping patients dealing with complex, life-altering conditions—such as concussions, POTS, dysautonomia, vertigo, and chronic pain.

Many of our patients are local, while others travel from across the country and have seen 6, 8, or even 10 different providers before reaching us. They have often experienced rushed, impersonal care and transactional clinical environments. When they walk through our doors, our mission is to offer them hope, world-class clinical expertise, and an unmatched level of empathetic, white-glove service.

We are a busy, highly dynamic clinic supporting 7 board-certified doctors. We treat our staff and patients like family, and we are looking for our third Patient Care Coordinator to join our front-of-house team.

What You’ll Do

1. Concierge Patient Experience

Greet every patient and family with exceptional warmth, patience, and personalized attention.
Maintain a tranquil, immaculate reception environment tailored to patients with sensory sensitivities.
Assist patients onto passive therapies, ensuring they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for.

2. Dynamic Operations & Practice Support

Manage phone communications (inbound inquiries, patient check-ins, provider coordination) with empathy and clarity.
Seamlessly manage patient scheduling across 8 specialized doctors and dynamic treatment protocols.
Track patient flow throughout the clinic to keep appointments running smoothly.
Assist clinicians with administrative duties, patient scribing, or diagnostic testing setups as needed.

3. Practice Administration

Handle payment collection, billing logs, and record processing under strict HIPAA guidelines.
Assist with weekly projections, reporting, and operational tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 2+ years in a high-touch customer service, boutique wellness, luxury hospitality, or private medical environment preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), and comfortable learning modern EHR systems.
Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication with a warm, professional tone over the phone and via email.
Mindset: Highly proactive, eager to learn, and unflappable under pressure.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Associate/Bachelor's degree or background in health sciences/hospitality is a bonus).

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
