Full Job Description:
FULL TIME MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN

We are seeking full-time mental health clinicians to join our practice. We desire to incorporate and support highly-skilled, empathic clinicians who provide the highest standard of care. We strongly believe in providing a work environment that is highly enriching, balanced, and healthy for the clinician, so that they can do their best work; therefore, we offer competitive pay, a flexible schedule, and a warm, professional environment.

This is a W2 position. To be considered fulltime it is expected that a clinician will complete 24 billable therapy sessions per week on average.

Responsibilities include:

Provide ongoing, outpatient clinical services to clients on a weekly or as needed basis.
Manage a clinical caseload and deliver competent clinical care using ethical and proven therapeutic techniques.
Timely completion of documentation for assessments, treatment planning, and progress notes.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Work Experience and Education

Active Michigan mental health license: LPC, LMFT, LLP, LMSW, or LP (required) - or the qualifications to obtain one
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent organization, time management, and ability to meet documentation deadlines
Commitment to providing culturally responsive, client-centered care

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or expressed interest working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
Training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, or trauma-focused approaches
Evening or weekend availability
