Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere at all times
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously
Handling all reservations from making them to updating
Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records databases
Perform clerical duties such as filing, and preparing correspondence using Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client communication and satisfactionSkills
Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms efficiently
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in data entry
Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and phone communication protocols
Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse client needs
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrating time management and productivity skills
