We're looking for an experienced, motivated Insurance Sales Representative who thrives in a fast paced, high activity sales environment. Unlike many agencies, we invest heavily in generating sales opportunities for our producers. Every day you'll have access to multiple company provided lead sources, including warm internet leads, direct mail responses, warm transferred prospects, referrals from our inbound sales team, and outbound prospecting opportunities.

What We Offer

Expected First-Year Earnings: $55,000-$75,000 (base salary, commissions, and bonus opportunities)
Top-performing sales representatives consistently earn $75,000-$90,000+ annually.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty license is required
1+ years of prior insurance sales experience
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
High level of professionalism and accountability
Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems
Spanish fluency is a plus

Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers through outbound calling and consistent follow-up.
Work multiple company provided lead sources, including internet leads, direct mail inquiries, warm transfers, and internal referrals.
Quote Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Landlords, Motorcycles and Boat insurance.
Conduct proactive insurance reviews and identify cross selling opportunities.
Maintain a consistent level of daily sales activity, including outbound calls, quoting, and follow-up.
Build long-term customer relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Maintain accurate documentation and underwriting compliance.
Meet individual activity and monthly sales goals while contributing to overall agency growth.
