We are seeking an experienced Lead Machine Operator to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who has a strong background operating manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting machinery, leading teams, and maintaining production efficiency during overnight operations.
The successful candidate will spend approximately 85% of their time on the production floor, actively supporting machine operations, assisting operators, monitoring productivity, and ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are achieved.

7p-7a - 12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, averaging 40 hours per week. Every other weekend off!

Have machine operating experience in a manufacturing, production, packaging, converting, food production, plastics, or similar industrial environment

Are comfortable working 12-hour overnight shifts

Have demonstrated leadership experience or the ability to lead and coach production teams

Possess strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skills

Thrive in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and productivity are top priorities

At least one (1) year previous Lead Machine Operator or Production Lead experience

High School Diploma or GED

SAP experience, not required

Forklift/PIT experience, not required
