Job Summary

We’re looking for a dependable, positive, and driven Housekeeper to join our team as we revitalize one of Adams’ classic lodging properties. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of a property that’s undergoing a complete transformation. We’re building a team of people who genuinely care about guest experience and take pride in doing things the right way.

Every clean room, perfectly made bed, and thoughtful finishing touch plays a direct role in creating memorable stays for our guests. If you enjoy working independently, have a strong work ethic, and find satisfaction in a job well done, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms to ensure every room is spotless, welcoming, and ready for arrival.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the property, including common areas, guest amenities, and outdoor spaces as needed.
Take ownership of room readiness, proactively managing your work so rooms are completed on time without constant supervision.
Conduct room inspections to ensure every room meets our quality standards before guests check in.
Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or opportunities for improvement to management.
Maintain organization of housekeeping carts, laundry areas, and cleaning supply inventory.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and healthy environment for guests and staff.
Respond to guest requests with professionalism and a genuine desire to create a great experience.
Take initiative by identifying ways to improve efficiency, cleanliness, and the overall guest experience.

Schedule

Typical hours are between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Daily hours will vary based on occupancy and the number of room turnovers.

Basic Qualifications

Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
Exceptional attention to detail.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
A genuine desire to create outstanding guest experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience.
Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and best practices.
Experience working in hotels, motels, inns, or vacation rentals is a plus.
