Union Payroll Specialist

Location: Northwest Suburbs
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Union Payroll Specialist:

Process payroll for multiple union groups across various entities and states
Maintain union wage rates, deductions, and benefit schedules within payroll systems
Prepare union dues, benefit payments, and required monthly reporting
Perform payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting using Excel
Partner with operations and project teams to validate payroll and timekeeping data
Support month-end payroll reporting and compliance requirements

Qualifications for the Union Payroll Specialist:

Experience processing union payroll, including dues, benefits, and reporting requirements
High-volume payroll processing experience in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
Experience with payroll/ERP systems, preferably IFS and/or Paylocity
