We need a Superintendent with a sharp eye for detail, a strong grasp of scheduling, and a steady hand in the field. Check out the details to see how this position could be a fit for you.

As a Superintendent you will:

Be the leader on-site—owning the daily operations, enforcing safety standards, coordinating subcontractors, and driving the schedule to deliver high-quality builds on time and on budget
Make real-time decisions that move the project forward. Your field expertise will be trusted and respected—from ground-up builds to complex renovations

Requirements of this Superintendent role:

7+ years’ Superintendent experience with a GC
Previous success with medical projects to include ground-up and TI
OSHA 30 Certification within the last 5 years
Strong track record of site safety management and clean project execution
Proficiency in low-voltage systems, telecommunications, and civil utilities preferred
Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades
Ability to monitor budgets, materials, staffing, and project progress
Regional travel required
