Full Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, directing calls, and be responsible for other related receptionist duties. The ideal candidate will have an upbeat friendly personality ready each day to greet staff members and visitors. Thank you in advance for your interest.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
Assist with event planning and coordination
Utilize computer software and systems for various tasks, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email
Enter orders into the system accurately

Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Familiarity with event planning processes is a plus
Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Valid driver license and reliable transportation
