About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing, institutionally backed real estate investment platform focused on the senior living sector. With significant acquisition activity completed and a substantial pipeline ahead, the firm combines entrepreneurial agility with access to sophisticated capital. Investment professionals maintain ownership throughout the investment lifecycle, from underwriting and acquisitions through asset management, offering broad exposure, meaningful responsibility, and direct access to senior leadership.

Job Description

The Investment Associate will report directly to senior investment leadership and support both acquisitions and asset management initiatives across a growing senior housing portfolio. This is a broad investment role offering significant ownership and exposure throughout the investment lifecycle.

Underwrite new acquisition opportunities across the senior living sector.
Perform financial analysis, valuation modelling and investment committee presentations.
Conduct operational and financial due diligence, including detailed property-level profit and loss analysis.
Support transaction execution from initial underwriting through closing.
Partner with operating teams to monitor portfolio performance and identify value creation opportunities.
Assist with business plan development, budgeting and ongoing asset management initiatives.
Interface with institutional capital partners, lenders, operators and other external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

For the Investment Associate we are seeking:

Previous experience within the senior living sector is required. Candidates without senior living exposure will not be considered.
Background gained through an operator, real estate investment trust, private equity platform, investment manager, acquisitions team or asset management function.
Strong financial modelling, underwriting and analytical capabilities.
Ability to interpret property-level profit and loss statements and understand key operational performance drivers.
Demonstrated experience evaluating real estate investments and supporting transaction execution.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
