Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Assets & SEO Manager to lead our digital content strategy and optimize our online presence across search engines. In this role, you will harness your expertise in search engine optimization, web analytics, and digital marketing to enhance website visibility, increase organic traffic, and improve conversion rates. You will oversee the management of digital assets, implement SEO best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous growth and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about leveraging data-driven strategies to elevate brand performance in the digital landscape.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings for key keywords and target audiences.
Conduct detailed keyword research using SEO tools to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
Manage and optimize website content using Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, ensuring metadata, headings, images, and internal links are fully optimized.
Implement technical SEO enhancements by working with developers on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies to improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience.
Utilize Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct conversion optimization efforts by analyzing user journeys and implementing A/B testing strategies to increase engagement and sales.
Build high-quality backlinks through strategic link building efforts while maintaining adherence to SEO best practices.
Collaborate with social media management teams to amplify content reach across platforms and support integrated digital marketing campaigns.
Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates from search engines like Google, SEM strategies, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing competitive advantage.

Experience

3+ years of SEO Experience
Project Management Skills
Proven experience in managing SEO campaigns with a track record of improving organic search rankings and website traffic.
Strong knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics for data interpretation and reporting.
Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with Content Management Systems like WordPress or similar platforms.
Expertise in using SEO tools for keyword research, site audits, backlink analysis, and competitor analysis.
Experience in implementing technical SEO improvements including site speed optimization, metadata management, schema markup, and mobile responsiveness.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels including SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media management, e-commerce platforms, and metadata optimization techniques.
Ability to analyze complex data sets related to web analytics to inform strategic decisions aimed at increasing conversions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while translating technical insights into actionable strategies.
