Full Job Description

Brand Marketing Manager

Elemetal, one of the largest precious metal dealers in the United States, is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager who is creative, organized, and eager to take the next step in their marketing career. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with agency or brand-side experience who is ready to expand their leadership responsibilities while remaining actively involved in the creative and executional aspects of marketing. The Brand Marketing Manager will work closely with marketing partners and internal stakeholders to support brand growth, customer acquisition, and marketing initiatives across more than 50 locations nationwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field and comparable work experience for 4+ years
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Strength in multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization
Experience supporting brand campaigns and marketing initiatives across channels
Experience working within a marketing agency or fast-paced creative environment preferred
Strong understanding and track record with social media platforms, creative tools, etc.
Enjoy talking to people and proactively solving issues
Familiar with SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking
Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta
Familiarity with Digital PR strategies and online reputation management
Experience with WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) preferred
Ability to work in person, 5-days a week, in Dallas, TX
Ability to work in a hands-on environment and directly with 3rd party marketing partners

Responsibilities

Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and execution of marketing initiatives and assets related to Elemetal’s fleet of 50+ stores across the USA
Collaborate with various teams to streamline the execution of PPC campaigns, customer acquisition programs, tradeshows, etc.
Create video / image content, deliver campaigns, design print & online marketing materials, and manage overall brand message
Design, execute, and manage enterprise-level email marketing campaigns using MailChimp
Partner with Sales, Trading, and Operations teams to develop marketing initiatives that support business objectives and customer acquisition efforts
Collaborate closely with Elemetal's partners to execute campaigns and creative projects
Provide guidance and support to entry-level marketing personnel as the department expands
Performs other related duties as assigned
