Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, check-ins, and check-outs using our booking system
- Recommend retail products and services to guests based on their needs and preferences
- Accurately handle transactions, including cash and credit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and retail display
- Support team communication by relaying messages and coordinating schedules
- Provide support for salon events, promotions, and team initiatives
- Collaborate closely with service providers to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles (salon/spa experience a plus!)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for guest care
- Comfort with POS systems and appointment booking software (Salon software experience is a bonus! We use Meevo)
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment
- Team player with a flexible and dependable work ethic
