Full Job Description

We're a family-owned business that has proudly served the design and construction industry for over 50 years. Although we're a small team, we're passionate about what we do and work hard every day to build our reputation and showcase our tile.

Our reach extends far beyond our local market. We've built long-standing partnerships with nationally recognized interior designers whose projects span the United States and the Caribbean. Our portfolio includes everything from large-scale commercial developments to luxury custom residences.

We're looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven professional to help expand our presence in the Los Angeles market while using our Agoura showroom as their home base. This is an opportunity to represent a respected, established brand with a strong reputation for quality, design, and customer service.

This is a new, full-time, salaried position based out of our Agoura showroom. You will cover both the Ventura and LA markets. Candidates should live within commutable distance to our new Agoura showroom on a daily basis.

We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for interior design and building materials and loves to establish relationships with trade customers.

The base salary for this 75-85K DOE with uncapped bonus potential. We provide mileage reimbursement and a competitive benefits package.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

3-5 years of related sales experience preferably in the interior design, construction, or building materials industry. Knowledge of tile and stone is a major plus.
A passion for design and a knowledge and appreciation of the top designers and contractors in the market.
Excellent English communication skills and a desire to present in front of groups.
Computer savvy with an ability to learn new software.
An understanding of design and building materials and drive to learn our extensive product offerings.
An outgoing, positive attitude.

Would you love to offer designers and architects solutions to their design problems? Do you get excited about finding prospective clients and the prospect of closing a sale? Pay: $81,149.64 - $90,024.92 per year
