About the Practice
We are a specialized plastic and reconstructive surgery practice in Beverly Hills, California, seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized Registered Nurse to join our team.
Our practice has a particular focus on breast reconstruction for patients undergoing treatment for breast cancer, including complex reconstructive procedures and comprehensive postoperative care. The RN will work closely with two plastic surgeons and play an integral role in guiding patients through their reconstructive journey—from initial consultation and surgical planning through recovery and long-term follow-up.
This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about breast reconstruction, oncology patients, surgical care, and patient education, and who values developing meaningful relationships with patients during an important and often challenging time in their lives.
Position Overview
The RN will serve as a key clinical liaison between patients, the surgeons, and the broader care team.
Responsibilities will span the preoperative, perioperative, and postoperative phases of breast reconstruction, with an emphasis on patient education, postoperative assessment, wound and drain management, clinical triage, and coordination of care.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple patients, communicating directly with surgeons, recognizing postoperative concerns early, and providing compassionate support to patients navigating breast cancer treatment and reconstruction.
