Join our dynamic healthcare marketing team as a Healthcare Marketing Admissions Coordinator, where your passion for marketing and healthcare will drive impactful patient engagement and brand growth. Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital channels including social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, and web analytics reporting to attract new patient admissions.
Manage content marketing initiatives by creating compelling content, copywriting, and utilizing graphic design tools within Adobe Creative Suite to enhance brand visibility.
Implement and oversee marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead nurturing, demand generation marketing, and patient engagement workflows.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with clinical teams, product management, and external vendors to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign consistency.
Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, and healthcare industry insights to inform targeted advertising sales efforts and B2B marketing initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and web analytics reporting tools; analyze data for continuous improvement.
Lead team efforts in managing marketing project management tasks, budgeting, and executing print advertising alongside digital efforts to maximize outreach impact.

Experience

Proven experience in managing marketing, advertising or public relations teams within healthcare or related industries.
Strong proficiency in SEO techniques, social media marketing strategies, and digital marketing platforms including WordPress, HTML, and Google Analytics.
Demonstrated success in implementing marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo to support demand generation campaigns.
Skilled in content writing, copywriting, graphic design, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Familiarity with CRM system proficiency for tracking leads, managing customer data, and executing targeted email campaigns.
Experience with performance marketing tactics like Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords to optimize ROI on advertising spend.
Ability to analyze web analytics data for insights that inform strategic decisions; experience with print advertising is a plus.
