Mindful Mentality is a growing multidisciplinary behavioral health organization dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and pediatric therapy services through a collaborative, family-centered model of care.
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our clinical team. Whether you're an experienced clinician or just beginning your career, you'll work alongside BCBAs, RBTs, mental health professionals, and families to help children build meaningful communication skills that improve everyday life.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations and/or treatment appropriate to licensure.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Address speech, language, articulation, social communication, fluency, voice, AAC, and feeding/swallowing needs within scope of practice.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, mental health providers, physicians, schools, and caregivers.
- Educate families on strategies to promote communication across home, school, and community environments.
- Monitor client progress using objective clinical data.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and insurance-compliant documentation.
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and team meetings.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, ASHA standards, and company policies.
QualificationsSpeech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Required
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Georgia SLP License (or license eligible)
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow (CF) eligible
- Current CPR Certification or willingness to obtain
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Required
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree meeting Georgia SLPA requirements
- Current Georgia SLPA License (or license eligible)
- Current CPR Certification or willingness to obtain
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Experience with autistic and neurodivergent children
- Experience using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
- Experience in outpatient, pediatric, early intervention, school-based, or ABA settings
- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply

Schedule
Full-Time: 30–35 hours per week
Part-Time: Flexible scheduling based on clinician availability and client needs.
