We are looking for Quality Rework Technicians who have confidence and the ability to monitor and ensure the highest standards of quality, while simultaneously maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to come in at the start and help develop systems and processes.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, as a Quality Rework Technician you will perform routine checks, repairs, inspections of material, goods in process and finished assemblies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform visual and functional checks on components, assemblies, and finished golf carts to identify any defects, malfunctions, or nonconformities.
Document and record inspection results, noting any identified defects or issues.
Troubleshoot and document defective components
Rework/repair of vehicles
Document and record inspection results, noting any identified defects or issues.
Conduct final inspections on completed golf carts to ensure they meet all specified quality criteria before shipment

Experience Preferred

2+ years handson automotive or golf cart experience preferred.
High School Diploma/Equivalent.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must be able to read and write English.
Previous assembly and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
