Full Job Description

Company Overview

The Coeur d'Alene Window Co is a window manufacturing company based in Spokane, WA with manufacturing facilities located in both Spokane, WA and Kingman, AZ.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and be proficient in various accounting tasks. This position requires a strong attention to detail, high level of problem solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable - Enter vendor invoices, reconcile accounts, resolve issues, ensure timely payments.
Accounts Receivable - Post customer payments and assist in management of customer accounts.
Multi State Sales Tax Reporting.
Key Performance Indicators and other related reporting.
Month End Support - GL Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation.
Intercompany and related company transactions and reconciliations.
Special projects as assigned.

Skills Required:

Comprehensive knowledge of the accounting cycle and all aspects of accounting functions including but not limited to AR, AP, Cash, PPE, Other assets, Current and long term liabilities.
Ability to recognize and resolve issues. Strong problem solving skills.
Knowledge and competence in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position is primary customer/vendor contact so professional communication is essential while representing Coeur d'Alene Window Co.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with ERP and GL based accounting system.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred; professional licenses/certifications are a plus will substitute for relevant work experience.
3+ years of experience in an accounting role, manufacturing or distribution preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 hours per week
