What You Will Do
- Execute full sign and lighting installations and removals (interior & exterior)
- Perform foundations, concrete, excavation, welding, carpentry, and basic electrical
- Operate boom trucks, cranes, forklifts, and skid steers
- Work at heights ranging from 5’–120’+
- Lead or function as the senior member of a 2-person crew
- Read and execute from drawings and work orders
- Complete 100% same-day documentation, including photos and job logs
- Maintain jobsite safety, professionalism, and quality
- Coordinate effectively with Project Managers and Operations
- Install signage on multi-story buildings, high-rise structures, and complex exterior wall systems, requiring precise layout, anchoring, and coordination.
Non-Negotiable Standards
- Attendance: Reliability is critical. Occasional legitimate sick or emergency absences are understood; recurring or last-minute call-offs are not acceptable.
- Documentation: Photos and work logs are required every day, no exceptions
- Quality: Rework due to negligence is tracked and addressed
- Safety: Zero tolerance for unsafe shortcuts
- Independence: You must be able to work without constant supervision
Required Experience
- Proven experience in sign installation, construction, or multi-trade field work
- Comfort working at height and outdoors year-round
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read drawings and written instructions
- Valid Driver’s License (CDL a plus)
- Welding and electrical experience strongly preferred
Compensation & Growth
- $34–38/hr, based on verified skill and performance
- Overtime after 8 hours
