Caregivers needed immediately for In-home care in Wadsworth and surrounding areas.

$16/hr - $19/hr

Full time | Part time | Some weekends

Home Instead has a comprehensive onboarding program that delivers in-depth and hands-on instruction, providing our caregivers with all the tools they need to be skilled, prepared, and confident to care for the seniors in Wadsworth, Norton, Rittman, Seville and Doylestown.

Starting at $16/hr - $19/hr. with an excellent work environment (including 24/7 support) and full-time or part-time available for caregiving positions in Wadsworth Ohio and the surrounding areas!

We are looking for CARING and COMPASSIONATE individuals with or without experience in this field to become a part of our Home Instead family and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.

Duties include, but are not limited to

Companionship
Light housekeeping
Meal Preparation
Medication reminders
Errands
Assistance to & from appointments
Activities of Daily Living such as dressing, grooming, feeding, incontinence care, and transferring
Specialized care such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care

Requirements to be a caregiver:

Must be 18 years old
High school diploma, GED, relevant work experience
Driver's license and Valid auto insurance (required)
Ability to treat and care for seniors and their families with dignity and respect
Available for some weekends
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
Successfully complete the pre-employment background check, including pre-employment drug screen.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
