Position Overview
Nature Stone is seeking a creative, organized, and dependable Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer to support our growing marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative design work and the day-to-day coordination needed to keep projects moving.
Working directly with the Marketing Director, this person will assist with print and digital advertising, social media, content collection, photo editing, administrative tasks, and other creative and marketing support needs. The right candidate will be comfortable managing a variety of projects, following brand standards, meeting deadlines, and shifting priorities when needed.
Key Responsibilities
· Design advertisements and marketing materials for print and digital use
· Create and resize graphics for social media, email, websites, digital advertising, direct mail, events, and other marketing channels
· Edit, organize, and prepare photos for use across marketing materials
· Assist with managing and scheduling social media content
· Collect photos, videos, testimonials, project details, and other content from Nature Stone facilities and team members
· Help maintain organized marketing files, asset libraries, calendars, and project records
· Coordinate with vendors, publications, printers, and internal teams as needed
· Proofread marketing materials and verify that information is accurate before publication
· Assist with promotional campaigns, events, trade shows, and special projects
· Track project deadlines and follow up with team members to keep assignments moving
· Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Director
· Help ensure consistent branding and messaging across all Nature Stone materials
· Take on additional supportive and creative tasks as marketing needs evolve
Qualifications
· Degree or relevant experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
· Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
· A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design and layout skills
· Experience creating materials for both print and digital platforms
· Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
· Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
· Excellent organization, time-management, and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Comfortable receiving feedback and revising creative work
· Self-motivated, collaborative, and willing to help wherever needed
Preferred Experience
· Experience with photography, photo retouching, or basic video editing
· Experience scheduling and managing social media content
· Familiarity with email marketing platforms, website content management systems, or digital advertising
· Experience working with printers, publications, media vendors, or event partners
· Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and performance reporting
