Triple Threat Consulting is a fast-growing marketing firm representing nationally recognized brands. We’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented Staffing Specialist to help us identify, recruit, and onboard top talent as we continue to expand.

If you’re organized, energetic, and enjoy building relationships, this is an excellent opportunity to launch a career in recruiting, human resources, and leadership development.

Responsibilities:

Source qualified candidates through job boards and recruiting platforms.
Review resumes and identify top talent.
Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork.
Keep applicant tracking systems organized and up to date.
Help execute recruiting strategies to support company growth.
Build and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and in person.
Professional attitude with a positive, team-first mindset.
Previous recruiting, customer service, sales, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
