Full Job Description

Job Summary

Emerge is seeking part-time & full-time graduate-level licensed clinicians (counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and psychologists).

Required Qualifications

Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field.
Current Ohio license or license eligibility.
Ability to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into the counseling process.
Commitment to clinical excellence, professional growth, and teamwork.
Experience using electronic health records (EHR experience preferred; EHR YourWay currently utilized).

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with one or more specialty areas are especially encouraged to apply:

Trauma treatment (EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, experiential therapies, or similar evidence-based approaches)
Play therapy, expressive arts, or child-focused treatment
Couples therapy (Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or similar models)
Advanced clinical certifications or specialty training
