Lead Surgical Nursing Excellence at UH Parma Medical Center

University Hospitals Parma Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead two dynamic surgical care units: 2 Surgical, a 17-bed Surgical Acute Care unit specializing in Bariatric, Neurological, Orthopedic, and Gender Care surgeries, and 7 Surgical, a 26-bed General Surgical/Medical unit serving surgical patients and supporting patient throughput across the hospital.

In this leadership role, you'll guide exceptional nursing teams, drive quality outcomes, and help shape the patient experience at a 332-bed, full-service hospital recognized with a Five-Star CMS Quality Rating. What You Will Do

Leads the planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process.

Education

(BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required) or

Other Accredited Program: (MN) Master in Nursing (Preferred)

Work Experience

3+ years progressive clinical and management experience (Required)

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Demonstrates skills in human relations, human & material resource management. (Required proficiency)

Licenses and Certifications

Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License (Required) and
Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required)
Certification in clinical or leadership specialty (Required within 1 Year)
