Full Job Description

Position Description: the position holder will be trained and qualified to perform the position duties in accordance with the Mantaline Quality System and to assume the authority and responsibility necessary to provide their customers with a consistent, quality on time product. and finished products; recording quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

· Online inspection of products and secondary processes.
· Placing suspect material on hold
· Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests.
· Documents inspection results by inputting data into the system and/or documenting data on an inspection log.
· Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
· Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
· Assists with additional lab tasks as needed.

Competencies/Skills:

· Attention to details
· Continuously works to eliminate all forms of waste (i.e.: time and materials)
· Ensure a safe, healthy workplace through following safety rules and advising management personnel of potential hazards
· Keep current and participate in all required training courses
· Documentation Skills
· Promoting Process Improvement

Education and Experience:

High School graduate or equivalent
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Team player
· Quality conscious
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Key Stakeholders/Relationships:

Internal

· Works with and reports to the Quality Manager and the Director of Quality
· Sales and other personnel pertaining to Mantaline and customer requirements.

External

Suppliers
Interact with customers at our facilities and occasionally in the field

Pay: $17.85 per hour
