Now Hiring: F&I Manager Who Owns the Lease

We're one of the fastest growing auto groups in the Midwest, and we don't get there by hiring people who are comfortable. This seat is in one of our highest-volume stores, and it's a heavy lease house. Most of the box gets written on a lease, and that is exactly where a lot of finance managers fall apart. We're looking for the one who does their best work there.

How it works here

The best leaders we have didn't get hired into the chair. They earned it. They put up numbers in the box first, did it clean, and the bigger seats took care of themselves. We promote from within. Win where you stand, put your production on the board, and the path is real. We are not interested in selling you a title. We are interested in what you can produce.

Who we want

You own the menu and you own the lease. Holding PVR on a retail deal is one thing. Doing it on a lease, where the payment is tighter, the term is shorter, and the customer is watching every dollar, is a different skill, and you have it. You know lease-specific lenders, you know how to build product into a lease structure without blowing up the payment, and you can show product penetration on your lease deals that holds up next to your retail. If your lease numbers go soft the second the deal stops being a straight purchase, this is not your store.

This is a hard requirement, not a preference: you must come with documented, proven lease results. Real production from a real heavy lease environment. If you have lived in a cash-and-finance store and never had to hold gross on volume lease business, be honest with yourself before you reach out.

You also run compliance like it is non-negotiable, because it is. Contracts in transit clear fast and clean. Lenders trust your packages. You present every product to every customer the same way every time, and you can hold a margin while the customer still thanks you on the way out.

What we measure

We run on accountability. Your PVR, your product penetration, and your lease numbers are on the board next to everyone else's. You don't explain the misses, you fix them. You'd rather be the top producer in the group than coast in the middle.

We run on standards. You set the bar for how a desk gets worked and a menu gets presented, and you hold it on every deal, retail or lease, easy customer or hard one. Compliance, lender relationships, and CIT discipline are part of the standard, not an afterthought.

And we run on developing the people around you. You make the salespeople and the desk better, because a clean handoff and a strong turnover start before the customer ever sits down with you.

Who this isn't for

If you want a salary, a quiet store, and a scoreboard nobody looks at, keep scrolling. If you think lease deals are where gross goes to die, keep scrolling. The person we wrote this for reads "heavy lease store, prove your lease results" as an invitation, not a warning.
